After Class Eleven

Blogging is now optional -- that must mean it's the end of the semester. I actually will be missing this class quite a bit. It's been a wonderful semester.

I would just like to post a few reminders for this week.

All the reflections and blogs should be submitted now. And next week is our Literacy Fair. Please bring in two of your best ideas to share with the class. This can be a great lesson plan you've seen, a game, activity, a poster you've made, puppets, a book that was particularly of interest to a class, and so on. We will go round the room and each have about five minutes to describe/discuss what the items are about. This is a great opportunity to add to your teaching bag all the best ideas your classmates have. Also, please bring to class the first article we read, "In Pursuit of an Illusion" by Duffy. Stay cool....

    After Class 11 (July 20)

Yesterday’s class made me think a lot. The true and false sheet was interestingly scary. Scary because there is so much we as teachers need to think about and understand. I really like our class text book and the chapters Sue covered have really built more confidence in me as a growing professional.

Peace in the Middle East and Drive Safe :)

p.s. I had decided to take this class only because my friend Reema was in it(lol) and actually thought it would boring and stuff. But it turned out to be one of my fav and most applicable classes. Also, it helped me create my own personal blog at panjabitractor.blogspot.com which you guys can all view if you want updates on me or see my passion for Indian Cinema :)

Just recently on it I have posted this…

Chalte Chalte one of my person favourite SRK films. It stars Rani and SRK. In it SRK makes a lot of mistakes over and over. It’s one of his less idealistic roles. In this situation he really over reacted and his insecurities are acted out… Great scene nonetheless… The scene follows with the title song Chalte Chalte…
